I am cooking rice right now and defrosted the beef that didn't fully thawed in the refrigerator. And yep, I plan to cook beef curry. Not on coming days but later after this post. (~_~)
I got hot curry sauce mix with a touch of apple and honey in here. I got this our favorite store (Ralph) last Sunday. As I called hubby lately, he said it's okay to cook it since he don't like to eat chicken or pork for now. So two heads meet as one. lol. I've been craving this but only this time got the chance. So everything's okay, I mean the ingredients. I have to slice now the spices (onions, garlic, bell pepper), carrots, and potatoes. Am just waiting for the beef to defrost. So okay, heading on now.. hope it turn out good...never tried beef curry before....only chicken...
indian people don't cook beef or pork for curry....I believe it's because of their religion and faith....
napay salin diha kay mag da ko ug platito....ehehehe!
